COLUMBUS, Ohio—The 2021 Ohio State men’s soccer team will begin its 68th season Feb. 23 with a home game vs. Indiana, the Big Ten Conference has announced.
The 2021 season will be the third for Brian Maisonneuve as head coach of the Buckeyes.
“We are fortunate and excited to get back on the field again,” Maisonneuve said. “We have one of the best conferences in the country where every game is a battle. To see our schedule and know the competition we have in front us is very exciting. It’s been a challenging year for us all and to finally get back to competing–well there is no better feeling. I am so thankful to everyone who has made this season possible. Now it’s time to get after it and enjoy.”
The Buckeyes will play five games at home and five on the road in 2021, all vs. Big Ten competition.
Times and game locations will be announced at a later date.
In addition to the Hoosiers, Ohio State plays host to Northwestern March 7, Michigan March 15, Rutgers March 27 and the regular-season finale April 4 vs. Michigan State.
Road games are scheduled for Maryland Feb. 27, Michigan State March 3, Wisconsin March 19, Penn State March 23 and Michigan March 31.
