Three Buckeyes in Top 5 at Dayton Fall Invite

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Three Buckeyes are competing as individuals at the Dayton Fall Invitational this week at the NCR Country Club in Kettering, Ohio. All three are among the Top 5 in the individual standings after 18 holes Monday.
Alexis Phadungmartvorakul leads the event at 3-under 67 with 18 holes to play Tuesday. She was the only golfer to card a round below par on the day.
The event began with a shotgun start. Phadungmartvorakul started on the 18th hole and closed her round with birdies in four of the last eight holes.
Kailie Vongsaga is tied for third after firing a 71 (+1) and Emily Hummer, making her first appearance of the season, is in the fifth spot with a (+2) 72.
The event concludes with 18 holes Tuesday.
