Cori Crocker joined the Buckeye staff as the technical coordinator prior to the 2024 season.Â
In 2024, the Buckeyes finished 14-16 overall and were 7-13 in conference play. Ohio State earned a sweep against Miami FL when the ‘Canes were ranked No. 20 as the highlight to a 7-3 non-conference slate. Following the season, graduate student Emily Londot was named AVCA All-Region for the fifth time in her career and once again earned All-Big Ten First Team honors before being selected 10th overall in the 2024 PVF Draft by the Omaha Supernovas. She was also named CSC Academic All-District. Ohio State had 10 student-athletes named Academic All-Big Ten despite the large freshman class being ineligible for the award.
Ohio State set attendance records in two venues in 2024. The Buckeyes drew the program’s largest-ever attendance of 8,844 as OSU played in the Schottenstein Center for the first time in program history, facing Michigan. Less than one week later, the Buckeyes broke their Covelli attendance record with 4,156 at the Nebraska match.
