- Was the first Buckeye freshman since Audra Appold in 2015 to record 27 kills in a match, doing so on Oct. 18 vs. Penn State. Sellman and Appold are the only two Buckeye freshman since Stacey Gordon in 2001 to record that many kills in a match.
- Ranked second on the team with 2.81 kills/set
- Missed the non-conference schedule due to an injury but played in every Big Ten match and in all 78 sets in those matches
- Recorded 10 or more kills in nine matches this season
- Twice finished with 10 or more digs in a match – career-high 15 at Wisconsin (11/27) and 11 at Purdue (10/23)
- Tallied a career-high three aces at Michigan (11/8)
- Twice totaled a career-high three blocks – at USC (9/27) and against Indiana (11/24)
