2014 (Junior Season): Emerged as the Buckeyes’ ace … led the team in wins (17), complete games (12), shutouts (3), strikeouts (93) and innings pitched (162.1) … selected as the Buckeyes’ Pitcher of the Year … finished with a 3.02 ERA … opponents hit .248, good for 11th in the Big Ten … went 9-6 in Big Ten contests … against Ohio and Purdue (4/9-4/13), pitching 25.2 innings and gave up just six earned runs with three complete games and two shutouts … went 19.2 scoreless innings from March 12-16 … one of the best fielding pitchers in the conference with 67 assists and a .958 fielding percentage … gave up just two hits a complete-game victory over Pittsburgh (4/30) … went 7.2 innings in relief against Nebraska in the Big Ten Tournament quarterfinals while giving up just three earned runs in a 7-5 victory … went 8-3 with three complete games over the final 15 games of the season … Academic All-Big Ten and OSU Scholar Athlete.
2013 (Sophomore Season): Appeared in 26 games with 15 starts … finished 8-6 with a 3.21 earned-run average … struck out 74 batters … finished second on the team in wins and innings pitched and third in opposing batting average (.272) and earned run average … pitched 8.2 innings and gave up just four hits and one earned run against Purdue (March 31) … stuck out a season-high 15 batters against Radford (March 9) … fanned nine in a 9-0 win against Pittsburgh (March 15) … pitched two scoreless innings against Indiana (March 22) to earn the save … NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete, Academic All-Big Ten and Ohio State Scholar-Athlete selection.
2012 (Freshman Season): Had 13 appearances with a combined ERA of 3.10, second-lowest on the team… allowed third-lowest 33 hits … allowed third-lowest 19 runs … allowed seven doubles, no triples, and two homeruns … averaged 5.01 strikeouts per game … pitched an average of 2.26 innings per game … pitched a career high five innings vs. Michigan (April 7) and faced 29 batters… had a career-high four strikeouts three times, vs. Michigan (April 06), vs. Michigan (April 07), and vs. Belmont (March 17) … was selected as an Ohio State Scholar-Athlete.
Prior to Ohio State: Two-year team captain for Coach Jim Zoltowski at Sylvania Southview High … first team all-state, all-Northern Lakes League, all-district … helped Sylvania Southview advance to the regional finals her senior season … twice team MVP …honorable mention all-conference in basketball … also a pitcher and first baseman for the Buckeye Heat travel team.
