As a Senior (2024)
• Went 8-5 with a 4.58 earned run average in 81.0 innings pitched and 66 strikeouts.
• Pitched her third career no-hitter on Feb. 10 in a 9-0 six-inning victory over Stony Brook
• Struck out a season-high eight batters on March 31 in a 6-0 shutout of eventual Big Ten regular season champion Northwestern
• Was the winning pitcher in a 2-1 victory over Penn State on April 16 that clinched a doubleheader sweep for the Buckeyes
• Went 3-0 in the final seven appearances against Big Ten opponents with a 3.67 ERA and 17 strikeouts over 21.0 innings
• Between April 16 and April 21, Ruck pitched 19.1 innings and was 3-0 with 16 strikeouts, a save and a 2.17 ERA over four appearances. The Buckeyes were 6-0 in that stretch.
As a Junior (2023)
• Was second on the team in innings pitched (110.2), wins (10), strikeouts (70) and earned-run average (3.98)
• Pitched a perfect game on March 10 vs. Canisius with a career-high 12 strikeouts. It was Ohio State’s first perfect game in 16 years.
• In a three-game series vs. Rutgers (4/7-4/9), had two complete games and pitched a total of 16.0 innings with a 1.75 ERA
• Went 6.0 innings and allowed just one run with seven strikeouts vs. No. 21 UCF (2/11)
• Tossed a complete game shutout vs. Oregon State (2/25)
• Went 3-1 with a 2.18 ERA and 30 strikeouts in 25.2 innings on the Buckeyes’ 12-game Spring Break trip
As a Sophomore (2022)
• Started 11 games, made 16 appearances and finished with a 5-2 record
• Totaled 54.1 innings with 57 strikeouts and a .229 batting average against
• Was second on the team with a 3.09 earned run average
• Pitched a five-inning no-hitter with 11 strikeouts on March 13 vs. UMass
• Also picked up wins vs. Bethune Cookman (Feb. 11), Stetson (Feb. 19), Lehigh (March 17) and St. Thomas (Minn) (March 18)
• Allowed just four hits and struck out five in a 10-2 win over Stetson
• Struck out 17 batters in back-to-back starts vs. Lehigh and St. Thomas (Minn.) (March 17-18)
As a Freshman (2021)
• Made five appearances on the season for a total of 5.0 innings pitched
• Struck out two in one inning of work vs. Penn State (4/4)
Prior to Ohio State
• Earned First Team All-District honors twice
• First Team All-OCC and All-Ohio recognition as a junior
• 2018 First Team All-Mid-State League
• Struck out 10 batters to help Westerville Central win its first regional title during her junior campaign
• Played travel ball for the Ohio Outlaws
