Rowed with the 1V4 at the Big Ten Championships and won gold with a time of 7:10.36 to help Ohio State secure its fourth-straight conference title … helped First Varsity Four place fifth at the NCAA Championships with a time of 7:15.09 … picked up wins over No. 16 Syracuse and Michigan State at Griggs Reservoir with the 1V4 with a time of 7:07.9 … aided the First Varsity Four in going 12-2 at the Clemson Invite including a win over No. 8 Texas … knocked off No. 10 Michigan and Michigan State as a member of the Second Varsity Four with times of 7:40.1 and 8:17.3 in Princeton, N.J. … helped 2V4 beat Clemson at Griggs Reservoir with a time of 7:38.2 … went 4-0 against No. 6 Yale, No. 3 Brown and No. 11 Princeton with the Second Varsity Four at the season-opening regatta with times of 8:06.0 and 7:25.5.

Rowed as a member of the First Novice Eight in every race of the season except the Big Ten/ACC Challenge … opened the season with a win (6:44.04) over Notre Dame at the Big Ten/ACC Double Dual on Griggs Reservoir March 28… finished second (7:02.5) behind Virginia’s 4V8 and third (6:37.1) in two races as a member of the Second Novice Eight at the Big Ten/ACC Challenge on Lake Monticello in Charlottesville, Va., April 4 … claimed a win (6:19.37) over Minnesota at the Big Ten Double Dual on Griggs Reservoir April 11 … won two of three races over two days at the Clemson Invitational in Clemson, S.C., on Lake Hartwell April 18-19; earned a first-place finish in the evening session on day one in a time of 6:46.3 before closing the two-day regatta with a neck-and-neck battle against Michigan State in a combined 3V8/1N8 contest, beating the Spartans in a photo finish (6:43.0-6:43.3) … defeated Michigan State by three seconds (6:48.3-6:51.00) in the regular season finale at Griggs Reservoir April 25 … earned a narrow victory over No.1-seed Wisconsin at the Big Ten championships with a time of 7:10.29, claiming Ohio State’s third 1V8 title in the last four years.
