- A graduate student (Public Health) from Logan, Ohio, Libben was one of five Buckeyes selected for the Woody and Anne Hayes Award. The award, established in 1979, provides one or more varsity athletes with financial assistance for postgraduate studies. The recipients of this scholarship are student-athletes who have demonstrated academic achievement (3.00 GPA minimum) and leadership qualities.
2021 (Graduate Season)
- Helped the Buckeyes to a No. 2 finish in the Big Ten and to the No. 6 spot in the NCAA Championships
- Competed in one 2V8 race and seven 1V8 races … the Buckeye 2V8 finished the year No. 4 nationally at NCAA Championships with a 4-7 record
- The Buckeye 1V8 finished No. 7 nationally with a 6-5 record
2019 (Junior Season)
- Rowed with the 1V8 for the 2019 season.
- Helped the boat finish second at the 2019 Big Ten • Championships and sixth at the NCAA Championships
Prior to Ohio State:
- Was a member of the track and field and volleyball teams for the Logan Chieftains, lettering two years and one year, respectively
Personal:
- Daughter of Jean and David Libben
- Has one sibling, Dawson
- Majoring in Public Health
- After graduation, she plans to pursue a career relating to environmental public health or health communications.
- Hobbies include watching Netflix and reading
- Her greatest sports thrill was the 1V beating Michigan at home in the spring of 2019.
