Rowed as a member of the Second Varsity Eight, First Varsity Four, and Second Varsity Four throughout the season … captured silver at the Big Ten Championships in the Second Varsity Four (7:16.572) to help Ohio State win its fourth-consecutive conference title … dominated the season opener in the 2V4 in Princeton, NJ, beating No. 3 Brown, No. 6 Yale and No. 11 Princeton, with times of 7:25.5 and 8:06.0 … split races against Clemson and No. 4 Virginia at Griggs Reservoir, finishing in 7:24.9 and 7:44.9, respectively … defeated conference foes No. 10 Michigan and Michigan State in the First Varsity Four in Princeton, N.J. … competed in the Second Varsity Eight on the first day of the Clemson Invite, beating No. 3 Virginia, No. 8 Texas and No. 20 Louisville … narrowly won the final race of the Clemson Invite in the 1V4, winning by just 0.5 seconds and topping No. 14 Washington State and No. 20 Louisville … finished out the regular season in the Second Varsity Four, defeating No. 16 Syracuse, Michigan State and Ohio State’s 3V4.

Rowed as a member of the First Novice Eight in every race of the season… opened the season with a win over Notre Dame at the Big Ten/ACC Double Dual March 28 in a time of 6:44.04 … captured first place over the Clemson Third Varsity Eight at the Big Ten/ACC Challenge in Charlottesville, Va., April 4 … claimed a win over Minnesota at the Big Ten Double Dual on Griggs Reservoir April 11 in a time of 6:19.37 … won two of three races over two days at the Clemson Invitational in Clemson, S.C., April 18-19 … opened the competition with a runner-up finish behind Virginia in a combined 3V8/1N8 race with a time of 6:50.9 before posting a first-place time of 6:46.3 in the second race of the day, three seconds faster than Syracuse; closed the two-day regatta with a neck-and-neck battle against Michigan State in a combined 3V8/1N8 contest, beating the Spartans in a photo finish (6:43.0-6:43.3) … defeated Michigan State by three seconds (6:48.3-6:51.00) in the regular season finale at Griggs Reservoir April 25 … earned a narrow victory over No.1-seed Wisconsin at the Big Ten championships in a time of 7:10.29, claiming Ohio State’s third 1V8 conference title in four seasons … Ohio State Scholar-Athlete.

Attended Seton-La Salle High School … three-year letter winner on the swimming team … competed with Three Rivers Rowing from 2010-2014, serving as captain in 2014.
Personal
Daughter of Lisa and David Saba … had one sibling, D.J … plans to major in civil engineer with hopes of designing bridges and coaching rowing in the future.
