Outdoor:
• Represented Ohio State in the hammer throw at the NCAA East Prelims.
• Finished ninth in the hammer throw at the Big Ten championships with a personal-best mark of 63.07 meters (206-11.00); also competed in the shot put (season-best 17.30 meters/56-9.25) and discus throw (season-best 48.40 meters/158-9.00).
• Jesse Owens classic champion in the collegiate hammer throw (62.32 meters/204-5.00); also finished eighth in the shot put.
