2016 (Junior Season): Earned All-America honors with a fourth-place finish on floor exercise (14.800) at the NCAA championships (April 16) … represented Ohio State on floor exercise at the NCAA Qualifier (April 15), placing sixth … finished sixth on floor (14.800) at the Big Ten Championships (April 1) and fifth (14.825) at the Event Finals (April 2) … competed on floor in a tri-meet with Oklahoma and Air Force (March 7) … posted his personal best of a 15.400 on floor to earn a second place finish at the Arnold Challenge (March 1) … equaled his personal-best score of 15.150 on floor against Penn State (Feb. 13), finishing second overall; also competed on vault for the Buckeyes … competed on floor at both the Cal/Stanford tri meet (Jan. 24) and the Windy City Invitational (Jan. 17) … Academic All-Big Ten and Ohio State Scholar-Athlete … team captain.

2013 (Redshirt Season): Did not compete for the Buckeyes … named an Ohio State Scholar-Athlete.
Prior to Ohio State: Trained and competed with Gymnastics World Central under coaches Yoichi Tomita and Cory Morin (2003-12) … high school team captain (2012) … high school Level 10 state champions (2011-12) … competed at junior nationals (2010-12) … state champion in the all-around (2010).
