- Two-time Canadian box lacrosse national champion and won two Canadian field lacrosse championships

- Played box lacrosse for Kingston Lacrosse Association for 10 years and field and box lacrosse for Team Ontario for six years

Personal
- Daughter of Paul and Shawna; father played hockey and football at Mount Allison University in Canada and went on to play in the Canadian Football League for the Montreal Allouettes
- Two older brothers, Alec, who played lacrosse at Robert Morris, and Stuart, who played lacrosse at McGill University
- Speech and hearing science major and plans to pursue a career in audiology or speech pathology
- Enjoys cooking, baking, reading and hanging out with her dog, Lola
- Older brothers introduced her to the game of lacrosse
