Ohio State Overview
• Brenten, who is universally known around the program as "Inky," joined the football program in the summer of 2022 and is in his fourth season on the team
• He played in 12 games in 2024 on special teams and earned his first Varsity O letter
• He had a high game of 20 special teams snaps vs. Western Michigan
• He realized his first collegiate action with in 2023 when he played in four games (Western Kentucky, Purdue, Michigan State and Minnesota)
• He was Ohio State's 2023 nominee for the Burlsworth Award, given nationally to the nation's top walk-on

• Inky was a two-way player at Steubenville H.S., contributing both as a defensive back and wide receiver
• Also played on Steubenville’s basketball team and competed in track and field
• Broke the school record in the 400m last spring (49.46)
• Selected to play in the Ohio North/South Senior All-Star game
• First team all-conference, all-district and all-area as a senior
• Caught 29 passes for 616 yards and eight touchdowns from his wide receiver position
• Honorable mention All-Ohio on the basketball court
