COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State is heading north to kick off the 2026-27 season at the Folds of Honor Collegiate in Grand Haven, Michigan. Ohio State will take on a strong field over three days at American Dunes Golf Club in its first competition of the new campaign.
- The Buckeyes’ lineup this week includes Tyler Sabo, Jack Vojtko, Vaughn Harber, Joe Wilson IV and Finley Bartlett.
- Ohio State finished 10th of 15 teams at last year’s Folds of Honor Collegiate at American Dunes Golf Club. Tyler Sabo and Topher Reed led Ohio State individually, tying for 28th at 7-over par. Sabo carded rounds of 75-73-72, while Reed closed with a 2-under 69.
- Redshirt senior Tyler Sabo boasts a 73.25 career scoring average over 94 rounds, with a career-low 65. He has recorded seven Top-20 finishes, including a career-best runner-up finish at the 2025 Moraine Intercollegiate. Sabo also helped Ohio State advance to match play at the 2024 NCAA Championship, winning his semifinal match.
- Senior Jack Vojtko owns a 73.63 career scoring average over 82 rounds, with a career-low 64. He has recorded five Top-10 and nine Top-20 finishes, including individual victories at The Johnnie-O Individual in 2024 and the East Lake Cup in 2024.
- Junior Vaughn Harber has recorded a 72.48 career scoring average over 64 rounds, with a career-low 65. He has recorded four Top-10 finishes and helped Ohio State win the 2025 National Golf Invitational with a seventh-place individual finish. Harber also qualified for the 2026 U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills.
- Redshirt senior Joe Wilson IV holds a 73.22 career scoring average over 78 rounds, with a career-low 67. He has recorded three Top-10 and seven Top-20 finishes, including a third-place finish at the 2025 National Golf Invitational. Wilson also won the 2025 Ohio Amateur Championship.
- Sophomore Finley Bartlett enters his second season at Ohio State after posting a 73.91 scoring average over 22 rounds as a freshman. He recorded three Top-20 finishes, including an eighth-place finish at the Butler Spring Invitational, where he fired a career-low 67.
