COLUMBUS, Ohio – No. 8 Ohio State women's soccer kicks off another home stretch at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium this weekend with a pair of Big Ten matchups, hosting USC on Thursday evening at 7 p.m. before taking on Iowa Sunday at noon. Both games will be streamed live on B1G+.
Admission and parking are free for all Ohio State women's soccer matches.
The Buckeyes are 6-1-1 (2-1-0 Big Ten) on the season, most recently falling to UCLA 1-0 on the road.
Through eight games, Ohio State has only allowed three goals and has only trailed their opponent once.
The Buckeyes are ranked No. 8 in the coaches poll this week. At five weeks, this is the longest that the program has spent ranked in the top 10 nationally in the regular season.
The first RPI ranking was released this week, and Ohio State landed at No. 4.

USC
This will be the third meeting between the two programs. The previous two matchups were both in 2024, with one during the regular season and the other during the Big Ten Tournament. The Trojans lead the series 2-0.
USC is 1-5-3 on the season. Their most recent result was a 1-1 draw with Oregon.
The Trojans are currently 112 in the RPI.
Iowa
This will be the 26th all-time meeting between the two teams. Ohio State leads the series 17-8-1.
The most recent meeting was in 2024; it ended in a 1-1 tie.
The Hawkeyes' record is currently 5-2-3, with their most recent result being a scoreless draw with Illinois.
They are currently 43 in the RPI.
Iowa is set to face Penn State on the road on Thursday before heading to Columbus.
The Hawkeyes have surrendered just four goals this season.
