
Ohio State Hosts Nebraska Sunday for National Girls & Women in Sports Day

Pregame concourse activities will feature other Ohio State women’s teams and a panel with women in sports.
COLUMBUS, Ohio – The No. 11/12 Ohio State women's basketball team (19-3, 8-2 B1G) hosts RV/RV Nebraska (16-5, 5-5 B1G) on Sunday evening. Tip-off is scheduled for 6 p.m. ET in a game broadcast on BTN and AM1460.

Parking is free for all women's basketball home games. Ohio State students get free admission with their BuckID. The Buckeyes will celebrate National Girls & Women in Sports Day on Sunday. Be sure to arrive early as six Ohio State women's varsity athletic teams will be on the concourse. Also pregame on the concourse in the East Market will be a panel for women in sports, featuring staff members from the new Cleveland WNBA franchise. There will also be a halftime performance by the youth spirit clinic.

- Ohio State earned an 81-58 victory against Wisconsin on Thursday night after outscoring the Badgers 52-30 in the second half.
- Elsa Lemmilä earned her second double-double of the month with 14 points and tied her career-high 14 rebounds. Jaloni Cambridge (29) and Chance Gray (10) also scored in double figures as all 10 Buckeyes scored and rebounded.
- Kennedy Cambridge now ranks ninth among Ohio State's single season steals leaders with 87 steals this season - the most by a Buckeye since the 2005-06 season.
- RV/RV Nebraska visits Columbus with a 16-5 overall record and an even 5-5 conference record.
- The Huskers' Big Ten wins include Penn State, Purdue, Indiana, Illinois and Northwestern. Nebraska fell to then No. 17 USC, No. 14 Iowa, No. 4 UCLA, No. 15 Michigan State and Wisconsin in conference play.
- Britt Prince leads the Nebraska offense and ranks ninth in the Big Ten with 18.4 points per game. She also ranks in the top 10 in the league with 4.3 assists per game.
- Ohio State leads 12-9 in the all-time series against Nebraska and is 7-4 when hosting the Cornhuskers in Columbus.
- Last season, Ohio State earned a 72-66 win against Nebraska in Lincoln on Jan. 26, 2025.
