
No. 2 Buckeyes Remain Undefeated with Victory Over No. 7 Minnesota

COLUMBUS, Ohio – No. 2 Ohio State (13-0, 2-0) defeated No. 7 Minnesota (7-4, 1-2), 29-9, on Friday evening in Minneapolis to remain undefeated on the season.
125 – Vincent Kilkeary (OSU) def. (9) Jore Volk (MINN), SV, 4-1
Kilkeary and Volk went scoreless in the first period. Volk took a 1-0 lead early in the second period after an escape. Period two ended with Kilkeary trailing, 1-0. An escape for Kilkeary early in the third period tied the score, 1-1. The score remained tied, sending the match into sudden victory. Kilkeary earned the 4-1 upset victory with a takedown just under one minute into the sudden victory period.

Cannon had two quick takedowns in the first period to take a 6-0 lead over Millard. With under one minute to go in the first, Millard had a takedown and Cannon had an escape.
