COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State women's soccer team will embark on its third week of the 2025 season with a two-match slate, traveling to Princeton on Thursday before returning home Sunday to host No. 16 (DII) Ashland on Senior Day at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium. Sunday's home match will kick off at noon and be streamed on B1G+.Â
Admission and parking are free for all Ohio State women's soccer home matches.Â
- The Buckeyes (1-1-1) earned their first win of the season Sunday at UNC Wilmington, a 1-0 victory on junior Lily Danner's 64th-minute goal. The goal was Danner's first of her career.Â
- Earlier in the opening week, Ohio State tied Clemson 1-1 at home and fell 1-0 at then-No. 16 South Carolina.Â
- Thursday's match will be the first all-time meeting between Ohio State and Princeton on the pitch. Tiger's head coach Sean Driscoll is a graduate of nearby Denison University in Granville, Ohio.Â
- Sunday's match against Ashland will be the second meeting as the Buckeyes claimed a 3-1 victory last season on Aug. 25. Jadin Bonham and Ava Greco scored their first collegiate goals in the win while Kailyn Dudukovich netted her fifth goal of what would be a record-setting season.Â
- Amanda Schlueter, a 2024 First-Team All-Big Ten selection, has one of Ohio State's two goals this year after scoring 10 last season. She assisted on the goal against UNCW, moving her into fifth in school history with 20.Â
- Molly Pritchard has played all 270 minutes in goal this fall, holding a 0.67 goals-against average and a .714 save percentage.Â
