
Women's Golf Releases 2025-26 Schedule

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State women's golf head coach Lisa Strom has announced the Buckeyes' schedule for the 2025-26 season.
Ohio State opens the season Sept. 8-10 at the Folds of Honor Collegiate. This will be the second straight season the Buckeyes have opened the season at part of the tournament, hosted at American Dunes in Grand Haven, Mich. Ohio State finished in third place in 2024. The tournament, which will air on Golf Channel, will feature 15 women's teams and 15 men's teams, including the Ohio State men's team. The Buckeyes have been proud participants of the Folds of Honor program, each year carrying a bag bearing the name of a fallen service member or first responder. Founded in 2007, the mission of Folds of Honor is to provide educational scholarships to the spouses and children of America's fallen or disabled service members and first responders. Since its inception, over 44,000 scholarships have been awarded. Ohio State has been home to over 100 scholarship recipients, equaling over $500,000 in awards.
Next, Ohio State will compete in the Inverness Collegiate, hosted by Toledo at the Inverness Club Sept. 15-16.
The Buckeyes will close out the fall portion of the season at the Jim West Challenge, hosted by Texas State Oct. 19-20. This will be the second season in a row Ohio State will compete in the tournament. In 2024, the Buckeyes tied for fourth place.
Ohio State opens the spring season hosting the 30th edition of the Therese Hession Regional Challenge (THRC) at Palos Verdes Golf Club in Palos Verdes Estates, Calif. Feb. 13. The Buckeyes finished sixth at last season's THRC and Kary Hollenbaugh was the individual winner, tying a tournament record and earning a sponsor's exemption to play in the ShopRite LPGA Classic.
The Buckeyes compete next at the Spartan Suncoast Invitational in Sarasota, Fla. Feb. 15-16. Hollenbaugh will look to repeat as champion for the third straight season.
March 2-4, Ohio State will play in the prestigious Darius Rucker Intercollegiate at Long Cove Club in Hilton Head Island, S.C. This will be the Buckeyes' third straight season as part of the tournament; they placed 10th in 2024. Golf Channel will provide live TV coverage of the tournament; it is the only all-female nationally televised regular season event in college golf.
The Buckeyes will look to defend their title at the Clemson Invitational March 27-29 at The Reserve at Lake Keowee. At least season's tournament, Ohio State claimed the team title, breaking the 18-hole, 36-hole and 54-hole program scoring records along the way. Hollenbaugh won the individual title.
Ohio State closes out the regular season hosting the annual Therese Hession Buckeye Invitational at the OSU Scarlet Course April 17-18. The Buckeyes won the tournament last season for the 19th time, and Hollenbaugh was the individual winner.
The Big Ten Championship will take place April 24-26 in Los Angelis, Calif.
NCAA Regionals will run May 5-7 and the NCAA Championship finals will take place May 16-21 in Carlsbad, Calif.
