- 11:00 a.m. (women's 5000m, second heat)
- 11:30 a.m. (men's 5000m, second heat)
- 1:00 p.m. (women's 3000m steeplechase, second heat)
- 1:15 p.m. (men's 3000m steeplechase, second heat)
- 1:50 p.m. (women's 1500m, third and fourth heats)
- 2:00 p.m. (men's 1500m, third and fourth heats)
- 3:05 p.m. (women's 800m, third and fourth heats)
- 3:15 p.m. (men's 800m, third and fourth heats)
- 4:35 p.m. (women's 3000m)
- 4:50 p.m. (men's 3000m)
- 6:15 p.m. (women's 800m, first and second heats)
- 6:25 p.m. (men's 800m, first and second heats)
- 6:35 p.m. (women's 3000m steeplechase, first heat)
- 6:50 p.m. (men's 3000m steeplechase, first heat)
- 7:05 p.m. (women's 1500m, first and second heats)
- 7:15 p.m. (men's 1500m, first and second heats)
- 7:25 p.m. (women's 5000m, first heat)
- 7:45 p.m. (men's 5000m, first heat)
LAST WEEK'S TOP PERFORMERS
- Nazzio John, Tanner Watson and Lacey Stringer were all champions in their events.
- John won the men's 100m with a time of 10.14 seconds, good for a personal record.
- Watson had the best men's discus throw of 57.57m/188-10.00.
- Stringer won the women's shot put with a distance of 16.78m/55-00.75.
- Leah Bertrand placed second in the women's 100m with a time of 10.94 seconds (PR).
- Bertrand's time is currently ranked second in the nation for the event and would have been a new program record if it was not wind-aided.
- Jack Knapke (10th, 51.47m/168-06.00) and Lawson Maag (20th, 47.27m/155-01.00) each set personal bests in the men's discus.
- Sydnee Burr recorded the fourth-best distance of 5.77m/18-11.25 in the women's long jump.
- Kevin Agnew and Colby Adams each set a new outdoor personal record in the men's 5000m.
- Agnew ran a 14:23.64, roughly a second better than his previous time.
- Adams tore down his old personal record with a 20-second improvement of 14:38.60.
- In the women's 1500m, Carina Napoleon set a new personal best after running 4:29.35.
- Morgan Hallett set a new personal record of 50.24m/164-10.00 in the women's hammer throw.
