COLUMBUS, Ohio – Leah Bertrand and Edidiong Udo will compete in the 2025 NCAA Indoor Championships this Friday, March 14 and Saturday, March 15 at the Virginia Beach Sports Center in Virginia Beach, Va.

Bertrand will compete in the women's 60m after having the 12th best time (7.19 seconds, TFRRS) of the 75 event qualifiers this season. She earned this time at the Big Ten Indoor Championships, breaking her own all-time Ohio State record in the event (previously 7.20 from 2024). This season, she holds the top ten fastest times for Buckeye women in the 60m dash with all five of her top five times being sub-7.30. Of her two wins this season, one came in the 60m at the Hoosier Horsepower Classic.

Udo earned a spot in the men's 400m after having an 11th best time of 45.72 seconds (originally 45.61 before altitude conversion, TFRRS), which he earned with a win at the Stan Scott Invitational. His time makes him the third fastest individual in the event in program history.

Leah will run in the 60m semifinals round on Friday at 3:48 p.m. with a chance to qualify for the finals (Saturday at 3:10 p.m.) if she places in the top eight. The men's 400m semifinals will begin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday with the finals occurring at 6:20 p.m. on Saturday.
