The Buckeyes scored a program record 130 points to earn the largest win (130-32) in program history on Sunday against Niagara.

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The RV/RV Ohio State women's basketball team (6-1) defeated Niagara (0-7) by a 130-32 margin on Sunday afternoon in the Schottenstein Center. The Buckeyes set a program record in points (130), assists (37), field goals made (52) and won by the largest margin in history (+98).

Ohio State used an 18-0 run at the beginning of the first quarter to build a 26-6 lead after 10 minutes. The Buckeye defense allowed just one basket in a 31-6 second quarter as Ohio State led by a 57-12 margin going into the locker room. Ohio State used the most points in a third quarter in program history (42) to extend the lead to 99-21 after 30 minutes. The Buckeyes used a 22-0 run in the fourth to cap a 130-32 win.

Jaloni Cambridge reached double figures early in the second quarter, when Niagara had six points as a team, and finished with 14 total points in just 15 minutes played. Bryn Martin and Dasha Biriuk both joined J. Cambridge in double figures in the first half on their way to a career-high 21 points and a career-high 25 points, respectively. Ava Watson also scored in double figures with a season-high 15 points and notched a career-high 10 assists for her first double-double.

Q1: Niagara scored first on a free throw, but Kennedy Cambridge got Ohio State on the board with a three-point play on the ensuing possession to begin an 18-0 run. The Buckeyes led by an 18-1 margin with 3:24 remaining in the quarter as the defense forced the Purple Eagles to miss their first 15 field goal attempts. Bryn Martin scored the Buckeyes' final four points of the quarter as Ohio State led 26-6 after 10 minutes.
Q2: The Buckeyes extended their lead to 40-6 just before the midway point of the quarter by scoring the first 14 points of the quarter. Ohio State outscored Niagara by a 31-6 margin in the quarter to increase the lead to 57-12 at halftime as the Buckeyes had three in double figures at the break – J. Cambridge (12), Martin (11) and Biriuk (10).
Q3: Ohio State scored the most points in a third quarter in program history, outscoring Niagara 42-9 in the quarter on the way to a 99-21 lead after 30 minutes. The Buckeyes put together runs of 13, 15 and nine unanswered points on their way to the largest lead after three quarters in program history.
Q4: The Buckeyes used a 22-0 run midway through the quarter to propel themselves to the largest win in program history and the single game scoring record. Ohio State wrapped up the game with a 130-32 advantage.
