COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State (5-7, 2-4 B1G) welcomes No. 8 Maryland (8-0-3, 4-0-2) to Columbus Saturday at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium. The match kicks off at noon and will be nationally televised on the Big Ten Network.

The match Saturday marks the Buckeyes' third-consecutive Top 25 Big Ten opponent
Last time out, Ohio State was downed 3-1 by No. 16 Michigan. Aaron Hurge scored his second goal of the season, assisted by Luciano Pechota and Ashton Bilow.
Pechota reached his career-high in assists with five for a season.
Keeper Max Trejo ranks fourth in the Big Ten with 31 saves and fifth in the conference with 2.82 saves per game.
The Terrapins come into Columbus undefeated. Goalkeeper Laurin Mack has recorded six clean sheets and hasn't allowed a goal in three games dating back to Sept. 26.
Maryland owns an all-time record of 10-4 against the Buckeyes but Ohio State has captured the last two meetings, 2-1 in 2024 and 4-1 in 2023.
After Maryland, Ohio State will travel to the west coast to face No. 21 Washington Oct. 24 at 10 p.m on BIG+.
