
Buckeyes Shut Out Michigan for Fourth Straight Win

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The No. 15 Ohio State field hockey team (7-5, 3-1) downed No. 11 Michigan (8-4, 3-2 Big Ten), 1-0, on Sunday. It was the Buckeyes' fourth straight win.

- The Buckeye defense did not allow a shot from the Wolverines in the first quarter.
- At the 25:50 mark, Sienna Golden scored, batting a feed from Makenna Webster out of the air and into the goal to give Ohio State a 1-0 lead.
- Ohio State held Michigan to three shots in the second quarter and went into halftime leading, 1-0.
- Maddie Stevens had one save in the third quarter as the Buckeyes continued to hold the Wolverines scoreless.
