Men's Swimming & Diving Adds 17 for 2024-25

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State Director of Swimming and Diving Bill Dorenkott has announced the addition of 17 student-athletes to the men's swimming and diving team for the 2024-25 season.

Tim Brown | Free/Back | Peachtree City, Ga. | Thomas University

Swam for two years at Thomas University in Georgia before transferring to Ohio State
At the 2024 NAIA National Championships, placed ninth in the 50 free
Was the fifth-place finisher in the 50 free at the 2024 Sun Conference Championships
Placed fifth in the 50 free at the 2023 NAIA National Championships
Was a four-year letterwinner in high school and holds program records in the 50 free and the 100 free

Max Buchen | Breast/IM | Westhampton, N.Y. | Westhampton Beach High School

Five-year letterwinner
Earned All-American, All-State and All-County honors
Was a New York State champion
Also competed for Three Village Swim Club
Holds club SCY and LCM records in the 100 breast and the 200 breast

Reid Caswell | Free | Upper Arlington, Ohio | Upper Arlington High School

Five-time All-American
Holds his school's pool record in the 400 free
