Buckeyes combined for 489 selections overall in 2023-24
COLUMBUS, Ohio – A Big Ten-best 262 Ohio State student-athletes received Academic All-Big Ten honors for spring and at-large sports, the Big Ten Conference announced Wednesday. In all, 2,271 student-athletes from across the conference were recognized.

The 262 spring and at-large sport student-athletes join 103 Ohio State winter sport athletes and 124 Buckeyes from fall sports who were honored this year. Spring and at-large sports for Ohio State include baseball, men's and women's fencing, men's and women's golf, women's hockey, men's and women's lacrosse, pistol, rifle, rowing, softball, synchronized swimming, men's and women's tennis, men's and women's track and field and men's volleyball. This is the second year in a row the Buckeyes had 262 honorees for spring and at-large sports to lead the B1G.

To be eligible for Academic All-Big Ten selection, students must be on a varsity team (as verified by being on the official squad list as of May 1 for spring and at-large sports), have been enrolled full time at the institution for a minimum of 12 months and carry a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or higher.
