Ohio State Sweeps UVA in NCAA Events

COLUMBUS, Ohio – No. 14 Ohio State won three of its four races Saturday at the Longhorn Invite against No. 12 Virginia on Lake Walter E. Long in Austin, Texas. The race format was adjusted because of windy conditions in the area. No. 2 Texas raced No. 1 Stanford in other races at the event.
The four programs on hand have combined to win nine of the last 14 NCAA championships.
The Buckeyes took the 1V8, 2V8 and 1V4 races against Virginia.
For Ohio State, the regatta is the final event before the 2024 Big Ten Championships May 19 at Devil's Lake in Baraboo, Wisconsin,
