Emily Londot Selected as the 10th Overall Pick in the 2024 PVF Draft

Londot will join the Omaha Supernovas, a member of the Pro Volleyball Federation, to begin her professional career.
COLUMBUS, Ohio – The second annual Pro Volleyball Federation Draft was held on Monday with five rounds and eight picks per round for a total of 40 selections. Ohio State graduate opposite Emily Londot was selected in the second round by Omaha Supernovas with the 10th overall pick.
Londot has played in 521 sets and 141 matches as a Buckeye over five seasons. She ranks second in program history in kills (2,198) and points (2,498.0), sixth in block assists (391), seventh in total blocks (416) and 11th in digs (1,252). She is only the second player in program history to reach 2,000 career kills, 2,000 career points and 1,000 career digs, doing so on Oct. 13, 2024.
Londot began her collegiate career by being named AVCA National Freshman of the Year, AVCA Northeast Region Freshman of the Year, Big Ten Freshman of the Year and to the Big Ten All-Freshman Team in 2020. She is a four-time AVCA Northeast All-Region, All-Big Ten and Preseason All-Big Ten selection with three of her All-Big Ten selections being to the first team (two of which were unanimous). Londot was named AVCA All-American Second Team in both 2020 and 2022 and received an honorable mention in 2021. The 2022 AVCA Northeast Region Player of the Year has also been named Big Ten Player of the Week seven times throughout her career. Londot posted career-bests in kills/set (5.06) and points/set (5.51) during the 2023 season, ranking fourth and sixth in the country in those respective categories.
In the classroom, Londot earned her undergraduate degree in sport industry and is working towards a master's in kinesiology. She is a three-time OSU Scholar Athlete and Academic All-Big Ten selection. Londot was also named CSC Academic All-America Second Team and CSC Academic All-District in 2023 and a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar Athlete in 2021.
