COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State women's volleyball team (7-10, 4-4 B1G) travels to No. 1 Wisconsin (17-0, 8-0 B1G) on Wednesday night at 8 p.m. ET. The match will be broadcast live on BTN. Â
- Ohio State enters the match with a 7-10 record this season and a 4-4 record in Big Ten play after falling to No. 15 Purdue in four sets (19-25, 25-17, 21-25, 26-28) on Sunday afternoon in the pink match.Â
- Senior Emily Londot continues to lead Ohio State's offense as she's second the conference in kills/set (4.75) and points/set (5.20), ranking in the top-11 in the country in both categories as of Monday. Freshman Mia Tuman ranks sixth in the Big Ten in assists/set (9.28), while senior Rylee Rader's .366 hitting percentage is good for ninth in the Big Ten.
- Freshman Kaitlyn Hoffman has excelled after stepping into the libero role and is now averaging 3.39 digs/set, while freshman Eloise Brandewie leads the Buckeye block with 62 total (0.97 blocks/set) after a career-best seven blocks in three-consecutive matches earlier this month (10/1, 10/6, 10/7).
- No. 1 Wisconsin enters Wednesday's match with a perfect 17-0 record and is 8-0 in Big Ten matches, having yet to surrender a set to a B1G opponent.
- The Badgers have ranked wins over then No. 15 Baylor, No. 21 Arkansas (twice), No. 24 Tennessee, No. 3 Florida and No. 22 Ohio State and have beaten Northwestern, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, Illinois, Rutgers and Maryland in addition to the Buckeyes during conference play.
- Carter Booth leads the Big Ten in both hitting percentage (.439) and blocking (1.46/set). - Ohio State trails 37-44 in the all-time series against Wisconsin and 17-21 when the teams play in Madison.
