
Seventeen Buckeyes Earn Academic All-Big Ten Honors

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Seventeen members of the 2018 Ohio State women’s soccer team have earned Academic All-Big Ten recognition, the conference office announced Wednesday.
Ohio State’s six seniors, who were a part of 48 victories on the field, will graduate with degrees in environment, economy, development and sustainability, human resources, sport industry and Eleanor Gabriel, a senior who graduated last December with a degree in biology, is currently pursuing a second undergraduate degree in psychology. All 22 team members in at least their second year at Ohio State have succeeded academically, with each carrying at least a 3.0 grade-point average.

The 2018 Buckeyes went 9-6-4, including 6-2-3 in Big Ten play, on their way to the program’s ninth NCAA Tournament appearance in the last 10 seasons.
