Moling, Johnson Earn All-America Honors at NCAA Event Finals – Ohio State Buckeyes

NORMAN, Okla. — Senior Drew Moling and junior Alex Johnson earned All-America honors at the 2015 NCAA Event Championships Saturday night at the Lloyd Noble Center.
Moling tied for fourth on rings, equaling his season-best score of 15.600. The All-America award is the first of the Canal Winchester, Ohio, native’s career. A two-time team captain for the Buckeyes, Moling closes his career at Ohio State as an All-American and All-Big Ten performer.
Johnson placed eighth overall on high bar with a score of 14.550. The All-American award is the second of Johnson’s career after he placed sixth on high bar last season. A native of Marysville, Ohio, Johnson was a team captain for the Buckeyes in 2015 and the Big Ten champion on high bar.
Ohio State plays host to the 2016 NCAA Championships next April at St. John Arena.
