COLUMBUS, Ohio – Members of the Ohio State women’s volleyball team took time after practice Monday to visit patients at the Dodd Hall Inpatient Rehabilitation.
“It means so much to have the opportunity to give back to our community,” senior Davionna DiSalvatore said. “We love doing community outreach as a team and were honored to have this chance to meet some very wonderful people at Dodd Hall.”
The team split up into groups and visited patients of the facility in their rooms. The Buckeyes and the patients had great conversations and relationships were built at the end of the visit.
Dodd Hall is a part of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and is the location of the nationally ranked Inpatient Rehabilitation Services, ranking among the best in the country for 19 years in a row. Dodd Hall provides the most comprehensive and recognized rehabilitation programming in the region.
