COLUMBUS, Ohio – Western Michigan(2-1), behind a match-high 13 points from Gillian Asque, defeated Pittsburgh (0-2), 3-0 (25-19, 25-16, 25-21). Jessica Brown added 11 points for the Broncos with nine kills, one solo block and two assists. Lauren Hartman posted a team-high 12 points for Pittsburgh with 11 kills and a solo block. Amy Town added 11 points with nine kills and two ace serves for the Panthers.
