COLUMBUS, Ohio – All eyes were on him for a week — well, all eyes were on the golfer next to him. First-year PGA Tour member Rickie Fowler, an up-and-comer among the pros, made headlines for his play throughout the week of the Memorial Tournament and Ohio State’s head coach Donnie Darr was with him the whole time as Fowler’s caddy during Jack Nicklaus’ annual event in Dublin, Ohio.
Darr, who was an assistant coach at Oklahoma State while Fowler played there, discussed his experience inside the ropes (see video link above).
