Buckeyes Ranked 39th in first NCAA RPI Rankings – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State women’s volleyball team was ranked 39th in the Division I RPI (Ratings Percentage Index) released by the NCAA Monday. The Buckeyes are currently 14-5 overall and have a 2-4 record in the Big Ten Conference. OSU ended the 2008 season ranked 123rd with a 12-20 overall record and a 3-17 mark in the Big Ten.
Ohio State is one of six teams from the Big Ten Conference ranked in the top 40 with four conference teams in the top seven.
The Buckeyes are on the road this week to face Michigan State at 6:30 p.m. ET Friday and 11th-ranked Michigan at 7 p.m. Saturday.
