Men’s Basketball: Head Coach Thad Matta Meets with the Media – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Thad Matta met with several members of the Columbus media Friday to comment on the National Basketball Association Draft and the departure of longtime assistant John Groce.
The Utah Jazz selected freshman Kosta Koufos, a freshman center on Ohio State’s 2007-08 squad, with the 23rd pick in the first round of the NBA Draft Thursday.
Groce was named the head coach of the Ohio University Bobcats during a press conference in Athens, Ohio, Friday.
