Matta, Players Preview Wednesday’s Exhibition Opener With Ashland – Ohio State Buckeyes

Thad Matta, head coach of the Buckeyes, along with senior Jamar Butler and sophomore David Lighty met with the media Tuesday to preview the exhibition opener with Ashland Wednesday (7 p.m./Big Ten Network).

Tickets for the exhibition games are $10 and available by calling 1-800-GO BUCKS or going online at OhioStateBuckeyes.com. The Buckeyes complete exhibition play Nov. 6 against Findlay (7 p.m./Big Ten Network) before the regular season opens Nov. 12-13 in the NIT Season Tip-Off. Ohio State opens the season against Wisconsin-Green Bay in that event at 9 p.m. Nov. 12 at Value City Arena. Columbia and Delaware State meet in the tournament opener at 6 p.m.
