Men’s Basketball Back on Campus – Ohio State Buckeyes

Fall quarter classes started at Ohio State Wednesday. The beginning of the academic calendar also signaled the start of individual workouts for the Ohio State men’s basketball team. The official first day of practice is set for Oct. 13. The Buckeyes open the exhibition season at 7 p.m. Nov. 1 against Findlay at Value City Arena. The regular season gets underway Nov. 10-12 in the SportsTime Ohio BCA Classic at the VCA. Ohio State opens with VMI at 8 p.m. Nov. 10. Junior point guard Jamar Butler, a preseason first team All-Big Ten selection by several publications, spent some time Tuesday afternoon with a USA Today photographer for an upcoming preview story on the Buckeyes.
