Ohio State 10th after two Rounds at Gator Invite – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio-Ohio State opened the spring portion of the men’s golf schedule Saturday with 36 holes at the Gator Invitational in Gainesville, Fla. The Buckeyes are tied for 10th with 18 holes to play at the University of Florida Golf Course (par 70, 6,700 yards).
Ohio State was tied for the No. 5 spot (289) after the first 18 holes before shooting 307 in the second round for a total of 596.
Florida is the team leader after shooting rounds of 274-288=562 on its home course.
Brett Stegmaier of Florida is the individual leader at 6-under 134 (65-69).
The Buckeyes are led by junior Colin Biles (Columbus, Ohio/Upper Arlington), who carded rounds of 73-70=143 (+3). He is tied for 11th place in the individual standings.
The tournament resumes at 8 a.m. Sunday.
