Men’s Golf in Fourth Place after 36 holes at Oklahoma Intercollegiate – Ohio State Buckeyes

Columbus, Ohio– The Ohio State men’s golf team is in fourth place at the Oklahoma Intercollegiate with 18 holes left to be played. The Buckeyes shot rounds of 304-304 (608) over the first 36 holes at the Oak Tree Golf Club (par 71, 7,412) in Edmond, Okla.
Tulsa leads the 54-hole event with a score of 594 (305-289). Sam Korbe of Tulsa is the individual leader after shooting rounds of 72-71 for a score of 1-over 143.
Ohio State sophomore Dan Rush (Cleveland, Ohio/St. Ignatius) leads the Buckeyes after rounds of 75-71 (146) and is tied for third individually. Rush is tied for second in par 3 scoring (-1), par 5 scoring (-2) and is tied for third in total birdies with six.
Senior Jack Tyler (Novi, Mich./George Washington) is tied for second in total pars (24) and is in 10th-place individually after rounds of 76-73 (149) . The Buckeyes also lead the tournament in par 3 scoring (+3).
Final round competition begins at 9 a.m. Tuesday.
