Men’s Golf Tied for Fourth After Two Rounds at the St. Croix Collegiate Classic – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State men’s golf team is four strokes off the lead and is tied for fourth with one round to play at the 2004 St. Croix Collegiate Classic. The Buckeyes concluded second round competition Saturday posting a score of 296 for a two-round total of 589. The event is being held at the par 72, 6,809-yard Carambola Golf Club in St. Croix, Virgin Islands.
Scott Anderson (Jr., Great Falls, Mont./Great Falls H.S.), who is competing in his first tournament of the spring season, carded a one-under-par 71 and is tied for four heading into the final round competition.
Chad Spencer of Fresno State leads all individuals with a two-round total of 139, while Indiana remains atop the team leaderboard with a two-round total of 584.
Final round competition begins tomorrow with a shotgun start at 7 a.m.
