Men’s Golf Debuts in No. 9 Spot in Precept Coaches Poll – Ohio State Buckeyes

%^$COLUMBUS, Ohio–Precept, a division of Bridgestone Sports, has signed on to become the title sponsor of the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) men’s college golf rankings.%^$
%^$The poll debuted this week with Ohio State rated No. 9 in the preseason spring ranking.%^$
%^$The Precept Coaches Poll allows every GCAA member coach to vote for the Top 25 teams in his school’s division. Rankings will be released biweekly beginning Thursday, Feb. 7 on the GCAA official website: collegiategolf.com.%^$
%^$Ohio State will open the spring season at the Gator Invitational Feb. 9-10 in Gainesville, Fla. Ohio State posted four Top 5 finishes during the fall portion of the 2001-02 schedule, including a first-place finish at the Aztec Invitational Nov. 5-6 in San Diego, Calif.%^$
