Ohio State Gymnasts to be Honored by Ohio Legislature – Ohio State Buckeyes

%^$COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State men’s gymnastics team, the NCAA National Champion, will be honored Wednesday at the Ohio Statehouse.%^$
%^$Proclamations will be presented at 1:30 p.m. in a joint session of The Ohio House of Representatives and the Ohio Senate.%^$
%^$At the NCAA Championships in Columbus April 6, the Buckeyes, under head coach Miles Avery, posted a season-high score to win the program’s first national title since 1995. At the championships, senior Jamie Natalie (Hockessin, Del.) claimed the all-around title for the second-consecutive season, while sophomore teammate Raj Bhavsar (Houston, Texas) finished second. Bhavsar went on to win the parallel bars title and senior Daren Lynch (Londonderry, N.H.) was the national vault champion.%^$
%^$The NCAA Championships will be broadcast on ESPN Saturday at 2:30 p.m.
