Columbus, Ohio–Ohio State is tied with Michigan State in eighth place today after the first round of the Northern Intercollegiate at Champaign, Illinois. The Buckeyes finished with a score of 301. David Wagenseller (Jr., Wilmington, Ohio/Wilmington) is in the lead for OSU with a score of 74 for 20th place.
Purdue and Miami (Ohio) are tied for first place scoring 291. The Northern Intercollegiate will resume tomorrow with two more rounds to be played.
