Men’s Golf Finishes Fifth at Matlock Invitational – Ohio State Buckeyes

Columbus, Ohio-The Ohio State men’s golf team shot an 884 and finished the Matlock Invitational tied for fifth place with Valdosta State and Mississippi. Host Florida Southern College won the invite, held in Lakeland, Fla., with a score of 874.
OSU was led by Justin Collins (Fr., Ironton, Ohio) who shot two-over (73-72-73=218) to tie for ninth place. David Wagenseller (So., Wilmington, Ohio) shot four over par to tie for 16th place (73-69-68=220).
The Buckeyes’ next competition is the Chris Schenkel Invitational (March, 25-26, Statesboro, Ga.).
