Buckeye Golfers Make Move to Ninth Place at Matlock – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State mens golf team fired a second round score of 286, twelve strokes better than the first round to vault into a tie for ninth place (298-286–584) at the Matlock Invitational in Lakeland, Fla. Albert Hromulak (Sr., Johnstown, Pa.) carded his second consecutive 70 to move into a tie for seventh place overall. Noah Lucas (Fr., Worthington, Ohio) also shot a 70 to jump into a tie for 24th. Alabama (277-292–569) maintained the overall lead while Jaco Rall took the overall lead with a 69-67–136. Final round action will take place tomorrow.
