Men’s Golf finishes Second in Florida – Ohio State Buckeyes

LAKELAND, Fla. – The Ohio State men’s golf team improved its record to 35-24 as the Buckeyes recorded their best finish of the season taking second place at the Matlock Collegiate Classic on Friday %^$through Sunday.%^$
Craig Matthew (Sr., Point Claire, Quebec) led the Buckeyes with a two under par 214, which gave him a season’s best fifth place finish. Jeff Brown (Sr., Columbus, Ohio) and Andrew Montooth (So., Bexley, Ohio) also had their best finishes. Brown tied for 11th with a one over par 217 while his teammate Montooth shot a 220, putting him in a tie for 28th. %^$%^$%^$
