DALLAS – Sophomore Chris Emanuel (Ottumwa, Iowa) paced the Buckeyes with rounds of 76-67–243 to finish tied for 34th after two rounds at the Taylor Made Red River Classic held at the Dallas Athletic Club. His second round 67 was a career low. As a team, Ohio State shot 302-285–587 for 14th with a round to play Tuesday. Houston leads the event with rounds of 279-270–549 to top Georgia (278-276–554) for the early lead.
David Gossett of Texas leads after two rounds with scores of 68-65–133 (-11).
