Moldovan Named to Haskins Award Watch List

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State junior Maxwell Moldovan’s great start to the season has been recognized nationally, as he is one of 20 golfers named to the Final Fall Haskins Award Watch List presented by Stifel.

Now in it’s 53rd year, the Fred Haskins Award is the oldest individual college golf award and the only award to be voted on by players, coaches, golf SID’s, and select golf media.

Those four rounds in the 60s has given him 28 for his career which sets a new program record.

He is a two-time All-Big Ten honoree and became the first Buckeye to earn first, second or third team All-America honors since 1998 when he was awarded third team accolades last season.
