2016 (Senior)
Rowed as a member of the First and Second Varsity Eight throughout the season … member of the Second Varsity Eight that finished second at the NCAA Championships with a time of 6:28.90 … member of the 2V8 boat that took gold at the Big Ten Championships to help Ohio State win its fourth-consecutive conference title … helped Second Varsity Eight capture a convincing 13-second win over No. 16 Syracuse and Michigan State with a season-best time of 6:18.5 on April 23 at the dual regatta on Griggs Reservoir … raced with the First Varsity Eight at the Clemson Invite and helped the squad win three races on the way to an undefeated weekend (17-0) … member of the Second Varsity Eight that ousted Clemson in a head-to-head heat with a time of 6:33.1 at Griggs Reservoir.
2015 (Junior)
Rowed as a member of the Second Varsity Eight in every race of the season … opened the season with two wins at the Big Ten/ACC Double Dual on Griggs Reservoir March 28, the first coming 14 seconds ahead of No. 9 Notre Dame and the second (6:24.97) over No. 18 Louisville … captured two first-place finishes at the Big Ten/ACC Challenge in Charlottesville, Va., April 4; the first (6:25.9) over No. 4 Virginia and the second (6:29.5) over Clemson … won both races at the Big Ten Double Dual on Griggs Reservoir April 11; earned the first victory (6:04.88) by 12 seconds over No. 19 Minnesota and the second over No. 18 Wisconsin (6:09.25-6:10.07) … won two of three races over two days at the Clemson Invitational in Clemson, S.C., April 18-19; captured a second-place finish (6:38.2) behind Virginia in the morning session (6:25.7) and defeated Washington State by three-tenths of a second in the evening (6:32.5) on day one, followed by a win on day two over No. 16 UCLA … captured a win in the regular season finale at Griggs Reservoir April 25 with a time of 6:36.1 … placed second at the 2015 Big Ten Championships at Eagle Creek Park in Indianapolis, Ind., with a time of 7:02.29, helping the Buckeyes’ to a third consecutive Big Ten team championship and fifth overall … earned a silver medal at the 2015 NCAA Championships in Gold River, Calif., clinching the program’s third consecutive national team title … Academic All-Big Ten and OSU Scholar-Athlete.
2014 (Sophomore)
Began the season with a time of 7:11.90 with the first novice eight at Griggs Reservoir on the Scioto River against Michigan … earned her first victory of the season (7:13.0) April 12 against No. 19 Louisville, Indiana and Iowa … defeated Notre Dame at the Big Ten/ACC Challenge in Ann Arbor, Mich., on April 19 after crossing the line in 7:19.50 … collected a second- and third-place finish with the second novice eight at Belleville Lake in Ann Arbor, Mich. on May 3 … earned a bronze medal (7:27.87) with the second novice eight at the Big Ten championships.
Prior to Ohio State
Played golf at North Royalton High School … three-year letterwinner and a team MVP … competed on the Southwest Junior Golf Tour for four years and on the Golfweek Junior Tour for two years.
Personal
Daughter of Steve and Jan … has an older sister, Kaylee … majoring in health sciences … plans to attend graduate school in public health after graduation … enjoys playing golf, running, cooking and baking in her spare time … lists her greatest sports thrill as winning the 2V8 semifinal against Cal and Washington at the NCAA championships.
